The industry has reviewed the criterion for approval of the Content Templates, especially Service Explicit templates, and below points will also be considered for template approval going forward :
1) DLT Operator's shall not be approving promotional content in service explicit category messages
2) Request you to review all your Service Explicit contents, and if they are promotional in nature, pls re-register them under promotional category
3) DLT Operator's shall be reviewing all previously approved content templates in service explicit category
4) If observed promotional content in service explicit, we shall blacklist/block/deactivate that particular content
5) It is mandatory to have brand name in all category of messages from 22nd April 2021 onwards. Any template requests without brand/entity/trade name will be summarily rejected.
