We are writing to inform you that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released directions to all registered Principal Entities to verify their headers and content templates registered on the QTL DLT platform. Please note that verifying your Headers / Templates on DLT is a recurring process that must be completed every quarter. Any unverified Headers / Templates will be suspended after the validity expires, resulting in an inability to send messages using those suspended Headers / Templates on the DLT platform. We strongly urge you to adhere to the quarterly verification process of your Header / Template registered on the QTL DLT portal to enjoy uninterrupted services.
When to Verify:
You may kindly refer to the below mentioned sample timelines for quarterly verification of Header / Templates pertaining to your Entity on Operator DLT platform.

How to verify:
To verify your Headers / Templates on DLT portal, please follow the process below:
Verification before Validity expiry of Headers / Templates:
- Log on to DLT portal
- Go to “Assets for Verification” section on the home page of DLT portal
- Go to “Unverified Headers / Templates” section
- Select the respective Headers / Templates to be verified
- Click on the “Verify” button to get the selected Headers / Templates unblocked successfully.
Verification after Validity expiry of Headers / Templates:
- Log on to DLT portal
- Go to “Assets for Verification” section on the home page of DLT portal
- Go to “Unverified suspended Headers / Templates” section
- Select the respective Headers / Templates to be verified
- Click on the “Verify” button to get the selected suspended Headers / Templates unblocked successfully.
Important Note:
- You are requested to verify only those Headers / Templates which are created by QTL.
- All unverified Headers will be under temporary suspension for 60 days from the date of validity expiry and will be moved to the free pool after the temporary suspension period.
- All unverified Templates will be under temporary suspension for 60 days from the date of validity expiry and will be suspended permanently after the temporary suspension period.
