Multi-part messages are not supported in Mexico. Sending from an alphanumeric sender ID is also not supported and will be overwritten by the networks to a shortcode.
Delivery receipts will be to the network, not to the handset.
Currently the networks in Mexico are heavily filtering traffic that contains marketing, OTP delivery and/or large volumes. The messages shouldn’t include URLs, brand names phone numbers.
