🛠️ How It Works (Simplified)

  1. Principal Entity (PE) registers on a DLT portal (e.g., Jio, Airtel, Vi, smartping).

  2. Telemarketer (TM) also registers on the same or compatible DLT portal.

  3. PE sends a binding request to the TM.

  4. TM approves the request and defines its role (Aggregator or Delivery).

  5. Once approved, the chain is active and SMS can be sent compliantly
